Access Workspace provides an integrated mobile experience for users of Access software, combining multiple product features into a single application. This approach enhances user convenience by allowing access to a variety of functions directly from their smartphones. The application is set to expand its feature set in the coming months.

The initial version of the app includes:

 <li>FocalPoint ‘New’ Timesheets</li>
</ul>

Access Expenses: This feature facilitates expense reporting on the go. Users can log expenses, capture images of receipts, and submit them for approval instantly. This streamlines the expense tracking process, minimizing reliance on spreadsheets while maintaining a digital record of receipts. Access Expense also integrates with Access Dimensions and Supply Chain, providing options for linking with external platforms like Sage Line 50, thereby reducing the likelihood of data entry errors.
